You agree that, Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am and no partying is allowed during that time; 5. You agree that, there will be no smoking inside the apartments. (Smoking allowed only outside the building); 6. You agree that, maximum number of guests will be not exceeded as maximum number of guests max 6 per apartment; 7. You agree that, you can be liable to cover damages done to the property by any of the party member misbehaviour; 8. You agree not to do anything at the property which is a nuisance, annoyance or may reasonably be considered anti-social behaviour, including making any unreasonable noise or cause damage or inconvenience to the Landlord or the occupier of any adjoining promises; 9. You agree not to use the Property, or knowingly allow it to be used, for illegal, immoral or unlawful purposes which attracts casual callers and that includes the use of any drugs which are or become prohibited or restricted by statue of activity; 10. You agree to ensure that your party do not wear shoes with pointed heels in the property as property has wooden floors. You will be responsible for any damage caused to the laminate floors by such shoes or other footwear. - Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM - In cases where we find ourselves needing an extra assurance, we will ask a security deposit, where the amount will be refunded within 48 hours after your check-out.
